Latest on Literature: Hero Pilot Writing Book
The pilot who successfully landed a plane with 155 passengers in the Hudson River on January 15, 2009 is going to write a book about his life. This amazing landing after the plane was compromised left everyone shaken up but alive. Later this year we will get to learn about Chesley Sullenberger after he works with a writer to get not one but two books published by William Morrow a subsidiary of HarperCollins. He won’t give up flying, either. In June he will be returning to be a pilot with US Airways. That amazing landing touched a lot of people watching, and now we will be able to read about Chesley Sullenberger’s life.
